I CAN Prevent Diabetes was initiated by the Minnesota Department of Health's Diabetes Program and Steps to a Healthier Minnesota, as part of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's (CDC) Diabetes Primary Prevention Initiative (DPPI).
